Since we have a majority of remote workers, software has always been the most important non-human component of our business. Currently we are using Encompass 360 which integrates every aspect of the loan process including;

• Integrating all AUS systems
• Secure transferring and imaging all documents electronically
• Individual performance tracking

Processing

There is not a more important relationship in the industry than that of the relationship between the Loan Officer and Processor. All of our Processors have at least ten years experience. During the interview process you will meet with at least two of our processors in order to determine the best fit for you. You will have weekly pipeline meetings with your processor and will be able to see everything that is going on with all of your files including all documents in every loan via a laptop. Our processors manage each loan from disclosing to closing that way it only touches one set of hands. We continue to get great feedback on our processing system.
